If the idea of seeing a therapist is an intimidating prospect, and you're not sure what to expect, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to discuss this with you and explain further about the way I work.
I am currently working online only and offer open-ended sessions that will continue for as long as is necessary for you to feel you've resolved the issues you're dealing with, but short-term therapy, with an option of extending, is also available. I hope to return to face-to-face sessions in the autumn of 2022.
Each session is for 50 minutes, usually weekly, and I charge £60-£70 per session, depending on the time and location. I also offer a reduced rate for students, unemployed and low-wage individuals.
If you arrive late for a session, we will end at the scheduled time.
I will notify you in advance as to any holidays I might take and will expect you to do the same.
